My Live Classroom offers low-cost English and Spanish classes taught by trainee teachers from Oxford TEFL and Oxford House. It’s a win-win: you get fun, effective lessons at an affordable price, and our teachers-in-training get valuable classroom experience.

Yes! You can take My Live Classroom courses online from the comfort of your home, anywhere in the world. All you need is a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and a willingness to learn!

Absolutely! If you’re in Barcelona, you can take classes in-person at Oxford House, our beautiful school located in the city centre, just a short walk from Passeig de Gràcia and Plaza Catalunya. Our large, friendly school in Barcelona has amazing facilities, including a library, communal area and stunning garden – ideal for studying and relaxing.

We offer flexible schedules with classes in the morning, afternoon, and evening, depending on availability and your level. When signing up, you will be able to choose your level and then the date and schedule which suits you. The times displayed are Spain times so you just need to check the time converter here to find out what time the classes would be in your part of the world.

We offer English classes for the levels:

•  Elementary to Intermediate level (A2/B1)
• Upper-intermediate to Advanced level (B2–C1) 

We offer Spanish classes for the following levels:

• Elementary (A2)
• Intermediate to Upper-intermediate level (B1–B2)

Your classes will be taught by either trainee teachers completing Cambridge CELTA or Trinity DipTESOL courses with Oxford TEFL (for English teachers) or Certificado ELE courses (for Spanish teachers) with Oxford House. They’re trained, supported and observed by highly experienced trainers to ensure quality and consistency. Our trainee teachers are striving for excellence – this is a great opportunity for students (you!).

Your classmates could be from anywhere in the world, of any age and background. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet people from any corner of the globe as you learn English or Spanish and grow in confidence together.

You can expect to learn all four skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) but with an extra emphasis on communication skills. Whether you’re learning English or Spanish for travel, work, or just for the joy of it, you will participate in engaging, practical lessons at a fraction of the usual cost. Our classes are designed to be interactive, friendly, and effective—so you’ll make real progress while having a great time.

Your teacher will use presentations, online tools, activities and some course book materials to help you learn in the most enjoyable and effective way. As your teacher is also participating in training, you can expect a variety of methods and the most up-to-date materials as recommended by our experienced tutors. You don’t need to buy any books or other resources to participate in your English or Spanish classes.

No long-term contracts! You can sign up to a course in Barcelona or subscribe to online courses for a month / year. You can attend as many classes as you like during your subscription, and we do encourage you to take advantage of all of them. If you attend at least 80% of classes, you will also receive a certificate of your level at the end!

As soon as you have enrolled, you will receive access to our Moodle where you will be able to easily find instructions on how to join your class, useful information and connect with your teacher and other students.
